Postpartum Doula
Bibra Lake & Surrounds
Hands-On Postpartum Support in Perth for the Mum, not just the babe.
The transition into motherhood is beautiful, but the exhaustion and loneliness are real. I see you.
Hi, I'm Bec - your local postpartum doula! I am so happy to have you here! Honestly, it makes my heart sing to see mums putting themselves first, prioritising and investing in their postpartum recovery. You deserve to be nurtured, too!
As a mum of three, I understand that the transition into motherhood and life with a newborn can be wild. That's why I'm here to support you every step of the way.
I've navigated the chaos of postpartum - the stress, the sleep deprivation, the exhaustion, the big, sore, leaky boobs, the never-ending demands and all of the physical, mental and emotional highs and lows that come along with it.
Motherhood is no joke! It's truly the hardest thing you'll ever do. The postpartum period can be all consuming, exhausting and lonely. But it can also be the most magical and loving experience when you feel prepared and truly held and supported.
That's why I believe that every mother deserves a doula – someone who truly cares for the mum, not just for the babe. I’m here for YOU, and to provide the hands-on practical support that you need. My ultimate goal? For you to feel deeply supported, confident that I've got your back, and ready to thrive in your motherhood journey.

A Friendly Note on Availability
I pour my heart into supporting each of my mamas, which means my availability is intentionally limited to ensure everyone gets the dedicated care they deserve. To avoid any disappointment, I highly recommend booking your package early! If you're looking for extra support, package extensions and one-off visits can often be accommodated, depending on my schedule. Just reach out, and we can chat about what you need!
A little about me...
Mother of three
When I'm not helping a local Mama, my days are a mix of caffeine fueled school runs, reformer Pilates or spin classes, toddler activities and unwinding in the evening (me time!) while my hubby gets a little crazy with the kids. I love being with my children, and honestly, sometimes I love a little time away from them too!
I am a Type-A personality with a sense of humour and a get it done attitude, but beneath that, I'm all about supporting mums with a nurturing, practical, and relatable approach. I see you, I've been there, let's walk together in this wild ride they call motherhood.
