In-home Postpartum Support in Perth
Hi, I'm Bec, a mum of 3, a certified Postpartum Doula with the Doula Training Organisation of Australia, & a member of Doula Network Australia.
I am so happy to have you here! Honestly, it makes me so happy to see mums putting themselves first, prioritising & investing in their postpartum recovery. You deserve to be nurtured & supported too!
As a mum of three young kids (aged 6, 5 & 3), I understand that the transition into motherhood & life with a newborn can be wild. EVERYTHING changes & that's why I'm here to support you every step of the way.
I've navigated the chaos of postpartum - the stress, the sleep deprivation, the exhaustion, the breastfeeding challenges, the loneliness & all of the physical, mental & emotional highs & lows that come along with it.
The inspiration behind 'Bec The Doula' came after the birth of my third baby in 2022. Like many modern mothers, I found myself navigating the postpartum period with very little traditional support from friends or family. I desperately needed an 'extra me', someone to look after my older children, handle the laundry & the dishes while I focused on feeding my newborn.
I wanted to fully embrace that precious time with my baby without the constant pressure of managing the home. I realised there was a fundamental gap in care: a service that offered practical support, like making a tea or a quick snack, alongside genuine emotional connection on those lonely days. When I learned about the Postpartum Doula, it felt like the missing piece of the modern motherhood puzzle. I knew instantly that my purpose was to become that vital support system for other mothers.
Today's Mums often find themselves without a village - Maybe you're from interstate or international, maybe your parents still work full-time or are absent, maybe your partner is FIFO, maybe you're a single parent or maybe you're already juggling older children. Whatever your situation, I am here for you.
Motherhood is no joke! It's truly the hardest thing you'll ever do. The postpartum period can be all consuming, exhausting and lonely. But it can also be the most magical & loving experience when you feel prepared & truly held & supported.
That's why I believe that every mother deserves a doula – someone who truly cares for the mum, not just for the babe. I’m here for YOU, and to provide the hands-on practical support that you need. My ultimate goal? For you to feel deeply supported, confident that I've got your back, & ready to thrive in your motherhood journey.

A little about me...
Mother of three & postpartum doula
When I'm not helping a local Mama, my days are a mix of caffeine fuelled school runs, spin classes, toddler activities & unwinding in the evening (me time!) while my hubby gets a little crazy with the kids.
I am a Type-A personality with a sense of humour and a get it done attitude, but beneath that, I'm all about supporting mums with a nurturing, practical, & relatable approach. I see you, I've been there, let's walk together in this wild ride they call motherhood.
