Postpartum Doula Support - $65/hour*

 

For Example

• 12 Weeks, 1 x 3 hour visits per week (36 Hours) =  $2340

• 8 Weeks, 2 x 3 hour visits per week (48 Hours) = $3120

• 6 Weeks, 1 x 3 hour visits per week (18 Hours) = $1170

Includes:

• Discussing your birth experience

• Listening to your concerns and offering emotional support  

• Washing, drying, and folding laundry

• Collection of grocery items on the way**

• Text Message Support

• Baby care to allow mum and dad a break/sleep

• Dinner/meal preparation**

• Light housework

• Baby settling assistance and education

• Kitchen cleaning and organisation

• Cleaning/sterilizing bottles, dummies, teats & pump parts

• Breast milk storage & formula preparation

• Lunchboxes for older children

• Breastfeeding/Infant feeding support

• Stripping of family beds and remaking

• Emptying household bins and nappy bins

• Ensuring mum has fresh water and snacks

• Spending time with older siblings/child minding

• Anything else you may need assistance with

• Travel up to 20km from 6163***

* Hours are invoiced and paid in full prior to your session.

** All meal ingredients are supplied by clients and meals are cooked in your kitchen. Any required purchases must be reimbursed during the session.

***Travel fees apply to distances greater than 20km.

Overnight Support - ​$500

​

• 6 hour shifts available overnight. For Example: 11pm - 5am

Postpartum Planning Session - ​$200

​​

• 2 hour planning session in person or online (one off session)

• Covers food, logistics, feeding, postpartum care, baby care, life admin, baby admin, what to expect, mental health, sibling care & more.

Childminding - $40/hour
